What does a website cost?
Regardless of whether you are selling products and/or services, promoting your company/brand or providing information, a successful website is going to cost you time and money.
Careful consideration and intelligent choices need to be made in order to ensure that your site realizes a return on the investment you’ve made.
Pricing is based on the time required to design, develop, test and activate your website, as well as the cost of commercial plugins we have to purchase to provide the specific functionality you require.
The final pricing really depends on what you want – there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to custom design.
We are of the opinion that fixed-rate or “packaged” website options are seldom beneficial, as they limit you to your first idea about how something should look, or how it might work.
We don’t want to limit either your options or your opportunities to change your mind.
The quote we provide you with will be based on the amount of time and commercial elements we estimate we’ll need, to accomplish everything that you have told us you want to achieve.
If you do want to change your mind, add extra pages or templates or even add new functionality, that won’t be a problem, and we will advise you of any cost changes along the way, to make sure we’re all on the same page before proceeding.

Our Process
How we take your brand from concept to launch.

Request for Proposal
Contact us and describe what you have in mind. You can send us an email, complete the online proposal request, or call us directly on +27 11 915 4949. A brief conversation via email or phone is all that is required to determine if we’re a good fit for each other.

Proposal is Sent
Based on the information you provide, we will email you a proposal and quote within 2 business days. The estimate will include a full breakdown of all required, as well as optional elements, and the time it will take to complete your project.

Scheduling & Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the estimate is required to initiate your project. Once you have paid the deposit and sent through all your website content (text & images), we will create a schedule. The typical time frame is between 4-6 weeks.

Create
We use the content you have provided to design a tailor made website for your business. This includes the installation and setup of your CMS and any plugins or extensions. Additional graphic design, creation of mock-ups, and UI design elements will be provided by us at no extra charge.

Testing & Tweaking
We will test your website to ensure that it is fully responsive and optimized to load quickly. This includes the testing of forms and eCommerce. Further tweaking or minor content changes will be done based on your feedback.

Launch!
You will be invoiced for the balance of the development fee on completion of the project, or 30 days after the initial payment, whichever comes first. Once the final payment is received, and you give us the go-ahead, your website will be launched.
